These terms apply to joinr.space and the game at arena.joinr.space ("JOINR ARENA", "we", "us"). By playing you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
PLAYING
JOINR ARENA is free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You don't need an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please have a parent or guardian's OK to play and to use voice chat.
NAMES
Pick a name that isn't offensive, hateful or sexual, doesn't impersonate someone else, and doesn't contain anyone's personal information. Claiming a name with a password keeps it for you, but we may remove or rename any name that breaks these rules, along with its scores. Keep your password to yourself. If your profile has an email, you can reset a forgotten password with a code we send there.
PROFILE PHOTOS
Only upload a picture you have the right to use. No nudity, violence, hate symbols or anything offensive, and don't use someone else's photo without their OK. Other players see your photo as your avatar. We may remove any photo that breaks these rules, and the account with it.
FAIR PLAY
- No cheating: don't use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits to play or to change scores.
- Don't try to overload, break into or disrupt the game, its servers or other players' connections.
- Don't scrape the game or the leaderboards in bulk.
We may remove scores, names or access that we believe come from cheating or abuse.
VOICE CHAT
Voice chat is live with other players. Be decent: no harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content or sharing other people's personal information. Any player can mute anyone. We don't record voice chat, so if someone is abusive, report them with their name, the arena and the time, and we may block them.
ADS AND OTHER SERVICES
The game shows ads from Google between rounds and on this site. Ads and the sites they link to are provided by third parties; we're not responsible for their content. See the privacy policy.
OUR STUFF
The JOINR ARENA name, logo, artwork, music, code and website are ours. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your games. The arenas are original works inspired by classic arcade games; we're not affiliated with or endorsed by those games' makers, and any trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
NO WARRANTY
JOINR ARENA is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and fair, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that scores and names will be kept forever. We may change, add or remove arenas and features, or stop the game, at any time.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of JOINR ARENA, and our total liability for anything related to it is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
CHANGES
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
